It is our pleasure to represent the owners of 519 N Hagan Ave., the only available commercially zoned property on Bayou St. John in almost two decades.  After 48 years servicing our community, R&S Auto Service, LLC has engaged a real estate brokerage to assist with marketing and conducting a sale of real property, which consists of 6623 sq/ft of land on an irregular corner lot.  The existing structure is included in the offering.  All movables are excluded at this time, including the billboard structure.

Background

R&S Auto Service, Inc has been privately owned by the current owners since 1976.  The property was purchased from Mobil Oil Corporation along with sub surface assets to include a 3,000 gallon & one 4,000-gallon underground tank.  Those tanks were removed by professional remediation company, Ranger Environmental in the 90’s.  Photos and documentation provided as part of this document in the appendix.
